  • AMCR - report soon - next in May,
    • T&S Software update
    • HEXAPOD Actuators
    • Maintenance strategy . planned downtime 1 month per year but potentially accumulate .. mainly camera and M2 coating
    • Replan and Camera Refrigeration of course
  • next quarterly in March
    • focus on schedule and TMA update
      • will flush out critical tops (integration .. )
    • Camera and where we are with Refrigeration
  •  AURA Member reps meeting - no news (mainly NOIRLab) perhaps ab AURA board Feb 2-6
  • CEPP - exception to 2 person per truck rule for people sharing household (contractors usually in one house). Already accepted by NOIRLab
    • electronic contact tracing system moving
    • testing program contract being setup (for phase 2 restrictions which start Thursday).
  • Shipping really slow out of Chile.
    • Kevin needs some cabinets in a load due to ship 
  • AURA personnel reviews ..
  • SWAG .. sourced Phoenix vendor for t-shirts and patch (Printed) ..
    • will have to get everyone info for drop shipping (google form)
  • Lab in La Serena electrics work to get it usable
  • Dome TMA coordination starting today -
    • 1 or 6 louvers put in Friday after removing temp panels
    • cranes arriving Friday - assembly takes a week
    • working software - team are back in Chile with rotation to Mountain.
      • Kevin spending 1 night a week looking after remote operations
      • AuxTel run went well
  • Still waiting for November reporting
  • PCW .. need to start thinking about it ..
    • would be surprised if we manage it in person

Gen 3 middleware development

  • pipetask sped up for large graphs
  • JSON serialization implemented for client/server Registry
  • Plan created last week for minimal Registry during batch production (pre-create Registry for entire graph, load at end of job); will update DMTN-177
L2 Milestones

  • What is the plan for the Gen3 L2 milestone test report? There doesn't appear to be such a milestone yet
  • Wil O'Mullaneto figure out where the L2 milestone for Gen3 is and attach tickets by
  • Robert Gruendl will continue working on test plan
  • MichaelR has signed off on EFD test plan after feedback incorporated by Simon, but terms like "reliability" and "nominal performance" are not concretely defined yet in test cases; as written the test requires 5 days of data-taking which we can't do right now
  • DP0.1 readiness: data-int deployed and talking to Qserv, Gregory working on it
