  • got agenda for Dec 7 quarterly agency meeting
    • 5-10 min for DM 3 month update/highlights
    • Logo/communications to go in PMO section
      • press release new logo December 4  (all approved during call)
      • email to staff with all hands date (10th Dec at 10:00PT) should happen before
    • Also safety summary slide:industrial, COVID
    • Ranpal will set up location and template
  • Logo - some discussion on  shirts or such ....

    • 2 hexapod actuators sent to Tucson - came loose in transit no damage 
    • Want to streamline Jira on summit (or basically curate it).
    • Dome rotated (first time in 7 months using drives) - a little windy ... but advancing to be ready mid Jan for TMA!
  • Allowability for COVID - specifically UPS for some home machines - needs to be defined (most of us have laptops not need
  • Andrew Serio returning to NOIRLab as system engineer (USELT design review coming up)

  • CEPP v3 (LPM-371).. NOIRlab version translated but not ours ..
    • UV air scrubbers arrived (to NOIRLab perhaps in US) .. but Rubin's 20 not yet available nor installed in Chile. Need contract to install them (perhaps on weekends)
  • Accounting FY20 still not closed .. already 7 weeks late so another week is not a big deal .. new system for October data ... costpoint.

    • Craig Lage arriving Dec 12 (long term). Will self quarantine on arrival.
      • discussion of tests .. rules change weekly Brian got two tests!
