  • ADASS this week and Municipality Restrictions in Spain
  • Dec 31 will not be an AURA holiday (someone miscounted) but stil

    • 19 December to 3 January – Many people will be out

      • 6 weekend days, 3 vacation days, 7 workdays - though summit may be busy (contractors)

      • Encourage staff to submit Vac. Requests so we can coordinate

      • SLAC is closed entire period

  • JSR responses ready  Document-36663 - last look today.

  • Scope options - need to check the working to make sure it talks about ops risks not transfer of functionality.

  • Dec 7 joint agency quarterly - Victor working on agenda agenda
    • updates, restart planning critical path, ops update (USDF/IDF)
  • Camera display - Kevin, Tony - possibly Oxford and Brazil ..
    • RHL: Tony Johnson's a camera display tool, question: can you get coordinates when you click on an object?
  • Chuck Wednesday (long - zoomed out), Thursday (medium) and Friday (short) planning meetings - they need more focus.
    • discussion on P6 and Jira integration for summit, T&S ..
    • should be a backlog not simply on the calandar
    • need Jacques and others to discuss this
      • also asking for potentially DM rep (WOM asked for more detail of exactly what they want first RHL ? )

Gen 3 middleware development

  • Big schema change merged last Wednesday. No problems so far.
  • Happy for the weekly from this upcoming Wednesday to be the release version.

KTL: I thought last Wed's weekly was the v21 release. Let's reconcile at the CCB.

RG: He means this weekly is going to be the Gen3 release. 

L2 Milestones

Science platform milestone progressing well. Met with Burwood people, the developers helping us deploy on the IDF. They usually allot 6 weeks for onboarding, but we're pushing to see if we can get people online by December. Had talks about security etc..

GPDF: Look at the requirements to guide the test. 

FE: This is T&S and they don't have requirements docs for the EFD. Asked for some; couldn't find them. Been talking to Andy Clements. Will check with Sandrine

RHL: Sensors are not behaving as well as expected. They're not done tweaking the clocking and voltages etc... 

FE: We should change the date then

GPDF: But the risk is specifically about crosstalk. The mitigation was to characterize this early. Robert, take a look at the risk and say that the situation hasnt changed. 

FE: Is there path to characterizing this?

RHL: This isn't going to happen until it floats to the top of the priority list. I don't think its a DM problem until its characterized.
