DMLT Meeting Goals

  • Weekly meeting to keep the DM leadership team coordinated, informed, and in agreement on the vision, priorities, and challenges facing DM construction, including surfacing and resolving issues and ambiguities needing our attention. The goal of this meeting is to provide information and decisions that help each one of us better direct our own (or our team's) activities.

  • Schedule LCR coming (2.5 months at at least) working some activities which are incorrectly linked (cleaning refrigeration line. Look out this week for it.
  • Afternoon meeting on Tucson Control Room - requirements gathering - was always in the plan for later but trying to do it earlier.
  • Call for consistent representation of subsystems at office hours and meetings of LSST CCB. (I think we always have 1 or more from DM).
  • Next week DMLT and Commissioning/AIT workshop. Joint AIV+Commissioning Workshop: Feb. 25-28, 2019
  • Variance narratives – I have now been asked to review them all each month. (DAX was mentioned).
