  • Weekly meeting to keep the DM leadership team coordinated, informed, and in agreement on the vision, priorities, and challenges facing DM construction, including surfacing and resolving issues and ambiguities needing our attention. The goal of this meeting is to provide information and decisions that help each one of us better direct our own (or our team's) activities.

  • Lots happening. Dome delays due to weather completion in May - TMA on mountain on summit April.. needs controlled temperature can be done with temporary measure I e roof should be on Jan or Feb.
  • Coating chamber 11pm outside port, 6am in port tomorrow. Tomi permits for Germans to work in port so locals do work with supervision, need work rider to tourist visa not actual work visa. This took Jeff a month to get.
  • GAO (government accountability office) focus on NSF push on to awardees LSST is coming out very well.
  • Mirror lift 25th.
