DMLT Meeting Goals

  • Weekly meeting to keep the DM leadership team coordinated, informed, and in agreement on the vision, priorities, and challenges facing DM construction, including surfacing and resolving issues and ambiguities needing our attention. The goal of this meeting is to provide information and decisions that help each one of us better direct our own (or our team's) activities.

Status of LDM-503-n milestones
  • LDM-503-1 (WISE data in PDAC)
    • Gregory Dubois-Felsmann has a test spec he can execute; working on filling in requirement IDs.
    • Expect this to be on Travis shortly.
    • Aiming to finish testing by Wed (2018-02-14) tomorrow.
  • LDM-503-4 & LDM-503-4b
    • Per last week, we expect 503-4 in ~1 week, 503-4b in early March.
    • These dates are for the tests having been done; test specs are already in progress. Hopefully done this week.
DM All Hands Meeting
  • Draft DM-AHM Program
  • Still possible to make modest adjustments: mail me (and/or the DMLT).

  • The DM-SST requests that we task someone with writing up a summary of the status and current availability of QA tools within DM.
  • Simon Krughoff: decide whether he's in a position to coordinate a DM-wide summary of QA tools in advance of the DM-AHM.

  • RFCs with "Planned end" past "now". (See query table below.)
  • LDM-230 & 139 are still under discussion at LDF; postponed due to management changes.
  • RFC-445 - Getting issue details... STATUS no dissent so far; planning for an early close.
  • RFC-413 - Getting issue details... STATUS : Unknown User (mbutler) is reading LDM-592 today and hopes to send comments by tomorrow.

  • Draft report (DMTN-68) provided last week.
  • Final version will be complete before Pasadena.
  • At the Pasadena DMLT, we will wind up this working group and discuss next steps.
