Tim Jenness taking over DM bibliography, using ADS and local database, include any talk, poster, paper that was presented for LSST or DM, especially if travel, fees paid by LSST. Upload location for copy of talk TBD. List can be found at https://github.com/lsst-dm/dm-publications

UPCOMING:

REMINDER: Need to get prior approval with publications board (not oral presentations or posters, only papers with science content), post in Interactions Database on project.lsst.org for any outside communications/papers/presentations that have programmatic information (scope, budget, schedule of MREFC project).

Miscellaneous

Reminder: Expect early request for Monthly Progress Report inputs due to Christmas holiday season

DM Information Security Program update is due by end of January. Request coming for T/CAMs to review current plans. Donald Petravick and others will be contacting with specific requests. T/CAMs requested to review LPM-121 and LDM-324 for security update relative to any existing computing hardware hosted locally for LSST work. If you are covered by local security policy that is fine, we have already collected references to local policies and referenced them. There is a role in incident response that would cover anything your local policy may not cover, e.g compromise of LSST DM-related procurement quotes might need to be reported to LSST.

Other business

Kian-Tat Lim and Jeff Kantor informed Victor Krabbendam DM would probably not send entire team to JTM Santa Cruz. Victor Krabbendam trying to organize agenda to have some days relevant to entire project. Travel requests temporarily on hold for people not on DMLT or directly involved in inter-subsystems work until further guidance this week.

Kian-Tat Lim says we need to get back to Andrew Connolly regarding DM simulation requirements due  . Frossie Economou discussed SQuaRE requirements with Andrew Connolly and will draft email documenting that. Unknown User (nidever) to coordinate with others leads to develop full set.
