Early September epics will be statused as starting early if work starts before September 15.

LOE Changes:

Move Cycle Planning Activities to 02C.xx.00, strip non-T/CAM resources, merge into one activity per 02C.xx
Add 30% LOE assignment activities for all staff to 02C.xx.yy (including yy = 00 for T/CAMs)
Add Annual Budget/Contract Update Activities to 02C.xx.00, assign T/CAMs

In PMCS numbers are 4.0, 5.0/5.1, 6.0/6.1, ...) in long range plan, then labeled S14, W15, S15, ... once 6-month rolling wave plan is in place.

In stack, numbers are 10.0, 11.0, 12.0 each 6-month cycle, and .1, .2, .3 ... for intermediate builds.

Need to define agenda based on focus on completing resource-loaded long-term plan.

  • Move design documentation, end-to-end definition, link JIRA plan to those in September.
  • Review, identify issues by RHL, KTL, MJ, DP, JK in early October (subject to RHL, JBo, other travel)
  • Focus on final issue resolution and resource loading at DMLT meeting.
    • Use draft FY16 budgets/staffing assumptions for near term, develop new estimate for later cycles.
