W16 Plan, S15 Closeout

Summer 2015 feature freeze due.

Need W16 epics in JIRA for import to PMCS, due 20150915, which will be "official" start of S15. Early September epics will be statused as starting early if work starts before September 15.

DM Leadership Team Meeting 2015-11-16 to 2015-11-19

Need to define agenda based on focus on completing resource-loaded long-term plan.

  • Move design documentation, end-to-end definition, link JIRA plan to those in September.
  • Review, identify issues by RHL, KTL, MJ, DP, JK in early October (subject to RHL, JBo, other travel)
  • Focus on final issue resolution and resource loading at DMLT meeting.
    • Use draft FY16 budgets/staffing assumptions for near term, develop new estimate for later cycles.
