LDM-240 updates

Kian-Tat Lim

LDM-240 v33 spreadsheet was frozen, but we will not update the baseline "preferred version" in docushare until we have the "real" one generated from this round of work in JIRA.

FY16 budgets and staffing assumptions

Jeff Kantor

Jeff Kantor and Kevin Long are preparing material, for discussion with T/CAMs. Trying to have ready by end of this week.

Miscellaneous reminders to T/CAMsJeff Kantor
Please keep providing updates to hiring page, FYI, email coming that will ask for diversity stats (report in December, mid-year update)
Please submit MPR narratives, estimated actuals by June 15 this month.
We need to identify a schedule and dates for monthly "topic discussions" for T/CAMs such as documentation, JIRA - EV process updates, etc. We should pick a regular day of the month.
Jeff Kantor will be on vacation June 12 - June 28, working at UW June 29 - July 3.
NCSA - IN2P3 Meeting DebriefDonald Petravick

Excellent meeting, impressed with organization and professionalism, high degree of convergence on work to be done.

Decided on a number of technology evaluations (e.g. ceph).

Working concept of simulating i/o rather than compute.

Donald Petravick will not be at Bremerton, will work on NCSA attendees. Alex Withers will attend, Donald Petravick will suggest ISP agenda item.
