Jacek

  •  Logging is pretty much done. He's waiting for K-T and the TCT to approve it. He is migrating the Qserv to the new logging. There is no rush.
  • No blockers, nothing new to report. Continuing with the interviews.

K-T

  • Middleware is working on monitoring visualization. Steve has started getting some pictures together which look as though they could be cool.

  • K-T helped out a little with the logging - coming up with guidelines for developers on how to use it and examples that people can copy.

  • K-T will be working more on the Butler today after finishing writing up Notes from Tuesday.

Dick

  • Dick is trying to put a wrap on the current User Documentation so he can contribute to Tutorial related tasks for Phoenix.
  • Dick is curious about how we view this next release. One hope was that we'd get the 3rd party packages merged it so that one Tutorial would work without difficulty  relating to astrometry.net. Also, should users refer to the tag as Summer2014 or not. Should we expect users to have downloaded this new version of the stack as a reference or not.
    • K-T: Originally this was just to be a preliminary release on the way to Summer2014. In the meantime, it's taken so long that maybe everything that's going to be in Summer2014 is already in it. I don't know if that is the case. In either case, it should have a 9.x number and people should be able to install it as such. It just may not be Summer2014.
    • Dick: Maybe I need to go thru the document to make sure I'm not telling them to refer to a tag which doesn't exist yet. I can do it, I just need to know which \way we're going.
    • Robyn: It won't be called Summer2014 until after the meeting since we don't know who might still be adding to it.
  • Dick is still waiting on a review on cameraGeometry documentation; he's losing hope on getting that before the AllHands. Robyn, in the DevOps meeting, suggested that he ask Russell to review the page. And he may do that.
    • K-T:  if you're still looking to have someone review it, you might look to a user of the package - someone like Dominique.
    • Dick: That's an interesting point. I might do that.

Andy

Andy provided the following summary prior to the meeting:

  • I'll miss today's meeting, but my update is that I am continuing the process of ip_diffim Task documentation.  There are no blockers.

Robyn

  •  Robyn looked over to her monitor and reported that the current build was on ip_isr; hopefully on its way to a successful build of the entire stack.
    • Once the stack builds, she will git-tag it and then rebuild with the release tag.
