  • Topics for discussion:
    • HiTS reprocessing (Meredith Rawls)
      • has a nice SLURM script that will run DECam (and hopefully HSC) images through ap_pipe in chronological order
      • showing an updated processing but still with the old templates, so lots of garbage remain.
      • next step, reprocessing 2014 HiTS, will then work with Eric Bellm to redo the coadds
      • where do we want to put the processing notebooks?  We're not yet at a point where we know what plots we want, so not yet time to refactor code out
      • when we put ap_pipe in the stack it might not be worthwhile to have multiple MBs of reports taking up space there.  Make a new repo just for the notebooks in lsst-dm.  git-lfs won't let git
    • DES processing (Unknown User (emorganson))
      • just returned from vacation, in a similar place to Meredith: SLURM does stuff
      • Eric and Meredith will try to run Meredith's notebook and see what happens–learned that it didn't populate association.db
      • wants to start looking at NCSA-type processing questions: how fast is it running, etc.
    • CI (Krzysztof Findeisen )
    • DCR (Ian Sullivan )
      • report by Meredith Rawls : Ian starting to work on making DCR coadds with Meredith
    • ap_* development
      • HSC data has been run through ap_pipe.  ap_verify should also work once we have a dataset
      • Eric has asked RHL for a joint AP-DRP dataset; COSMOS seems most likely, with extra UH public data
      • Unknown User (cmorrison) getting ready for next Thursday's PPDB session.  wants to understand when, how, & who is responsible for the interface between our code & the data
    • AOB/table round
      • Chris: still some work harmonizing l1dbproto and sqlite interfaces.  Also thinking about how to handle pre-creation of database–probably just a simple script to distribute with ap_pipe
