09:00 - 9:15Welcome, project science updates

9:15 - 9:45Task review
  • Gregory Dubois-Felsmann and Colin Slater to present at the next SST F2F on remaining DAX/LSP scope for completeness
  • Leanne Guy will understand the interaction between DAX's transition to operations funding and completing construction.
  • Gregory Dubois-Felsmann check if SDM standardization is adequately represented in project documents, and whether DMTN-067 should be required.
  • Leanne Guy follow up to get a presentation of the latest high-level schedule for commissioning.
9:45 - 10:30Special Programs

We deferred this topic  at the previous DM-SST meeting.  We have many tickets open on special programs and a draft TN. Much of special programs can be left to ops but there are some topics that need to be resolved in construction. We could use this time to conclude on open topics

Epic: DM-20374 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Summary slides

  • Gregory: Can close DM-12577. DM-13740 still needs a small amount of real work.
10:30 - 11:00Break

11:00 - 12:00DM-Camera integration and reverification

Aaron Roodman has created a confluence page on Focal Plane Anomalies and Effects: post Cryostat EO testing that may need additional Camera information and/or DM corrections.  Known effects already included in DM ISR are not necessarily included in this page.  pdf version for those who cannot access the SLAC page

Robert Lupton  comments. Should we discuss this in more detail at a future SST meeting when people have had a chance to read it? vF2F?

Questions to consider:

  • What does DM need to do to address these issues?
  • On what timescale do we need to address these issues e.g before commissionin  by the ORR?
  • Is the work already on our requirements and planned for  or is it new / unplanned?
  • What will it take - resources/algorithms?

12:00 - 12:30Preparing for ComCam on sky Robert Lupton
  • LSE-79 describes the data we're going to take when we have various components on sky. But haven't flowed down to what software we need for each of these steps. Where to run that software/how to make that analysis happen (technically).
  • This summer, should be able to start running the software tests that we will eventually run on comcam. Should support "Is the data we took last night good?"-type of analysis.
  • Eric: more visibility into the related in-kind contributions would be valuable.
    • Keith: Targeted SST meeting around planning for AP/commissioning on-sky data taking analysis effort.
  • Gregory: Writeup of the auxtel survey plan? Would be useful to have real Rubin data for testing image services.
  • Keith: might help to define some "topical units" where a group can be in more regular contact together, and keep efforts from going all over everywhere/ease coordination between stakeholder groups.
12:30 - 13:00 Break

13:00 - 13:30DM Science priorities for 2022 & wrap upLeanne Guy

Previously discussed

  • Readiness for large data processing campaigns and analysis ComCam
  • More frequent reprocessing campaigns not just of the data but people and processes (SLAC/USDF)
  • DPDD consolidation and relation to similar DP/DR data products documents
  • Completing the work on detection efficiencies
  • P1a verification and readiness for commissioning

No additional points to add
